The 8th edition of the Financing Investment and Trade in Africa Forum (FITA 2025) will take place on May 6–7, with the participation of over 10 ministers, presidential advisors, and more than 1,000 economic stakeholders from 60 African, European, and Asian countries. The event also marks the 10th anniversary of the Tunisian-African Business Council.
Council President Anis Jaziri emphasized the importance of opening new markets for Tunisian exports, especially following the removal of customs duties on goods headed to the United States.
The forum seeks to boost Tunisian exports to sub-Saharan Africa, which have tripled in ten years to 1.5 billion dinars. It features 14 panels, 10 side events, and 7 workshops on Africa’s industrial, energy, and digital transformation, along with a startup pitch session for international investors.
