Algeria Summons French Ambassador Over « Provocative » Treatment at Paris Airports

The Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the French ambassador on Tuesday to protest what it called « provocative » and « unacceptable » treatment of Algerian citizens at Paris airports.

The ministry expressed concern over reports of discriminatory behavior by border police at Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports. Algeria demanded that France take immediate action to stop these practices, emphasizing that such treatment harms the reputation of the French government.
