The Libyan Ministry of Interior has announced the intensification of security patrols along the border with Tunisia as part of a plan to enhance border security and combat smuggling and irregular migration.
In an official statement published on its Facebook page, the ministry stated that security patrols have been deployed along the border strip with Tunisia, starting from the Dhahret Al-Khass point, passing through border observation posts, and reaching Burj Tawil Al-Taher. The move comes in line with the directives of the Border Guard Agency, according to the statement.
