The Governor of Giza, Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, announced that the Great Egyptian Museum will officially open on July 3rd, with celebrations extending until July 5th. To mark this historic event, July 3rd has been declared a public holiday.
The grand inauguration will welcome world leaders, dignitaries, and celebrities, including Egyptian football star Mohamed Salah. Spectacular performances from across Egypt, particularly Luxor and Aswan, will highlight the occasion.
Set to be the world’s largest museum dedicated to a single civilization, the museum will showcase unique artifacts, including the complete treasures of Tutankhamun, displayed in full for the first time since their discovery in 1922. The event marks a significant milestone for Egypt’s cultural and tourism sectors.
