Blake Lively has accused It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment and retaliation in a civil rights complaint. Filed with the California Civil Rights Department, the complaint alleges inappropriate behavior by Baldoni and producer Jamey Heath, including sexual harassment and unprofessional comments during filming.
Lively claims a meeting, attended by her husband Ryan Reynolds as her representative, addressed these issues, leading to agreements on workplace boundaries, such as the presence of an intimacy coordinator during sensitive scenes. The complaint also accuses Baldoni’s PR team of orchestrating a campaign to damage her reputation.
Lively, who also served as a producer, aims to hold Baldoni and his team accountable and shed light on retaliation against those who report harassment. Baldoni’s attorney has denied the allegations, calling them false and disruptive to the film’s production.
